Artisan Gluten free bread in Asheville
Our little gluten free breads are special. Baked with no preservatives except sea salt, we make them small because they should be eaten the day you meet them or 3 days after taking them home to fully experience all they are. When you taste our breads you will understand. They are bio-alive and want you to eat them before their energy runs out. Perfect crusty crust, soft, hardy inside, perfect yeasty bread. Beautiful to look at, we create these little masterpieces like our forefathers and mothers did. Using all organic ingredients, we roast seeds, add fresh or dried herbs from our garden, hand grind flours if available and add a touch of ‘extra’ to make each bread unique. Little, magical gems. For now orders in the Asheville area only or extra charge of $5 for freezer pack to ship. Shipping will be USPS standard Priority postal rates. (United States Postal Service). Clients can request overnight or 2 day ship as an option.

Free delivery with minimum orders within the greater Asheville area.
Online clients, we make our breads fresh, freeze them overnight and send them to you the next day. We believe in fresh is best and are dedicated to getting our breads to you as quick as we can.

Look for us at Asheville Farmers and Tailgate markets starting in March. We are also working on having EarthFare and other local grocery stores and co-ops sell our breads. We do offer some delivery services or set up convenient drop-off locations for our clients.
